Each player may register one (1) account on 10game. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of reason — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 10game reserves the right to close all but the first registered account and to withhold any balances or bonus funds associated with the additional accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any fictitious identity.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before withdrawals are processed or certain deposit thresholds are reached, 10game will request documentary evidence to verify your identity and payment methods. Acceptable documents typically include:

• A clear colour copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your registered residential address.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status and the withdrawal volume at the time of the request.
• 10game reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request deemed to require further review, including but not limited to large or unusual withdrawal amounts.

All sports bets placed on 10game are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the sports betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets accepted by 10game at the stated odds are binding once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted by the system.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of markets. 10game reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice, including during the period between a bet being placed and its formal acceptance.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 10game's specific settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. Rules for each sport are published within the platform's betting rules documentation.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event, market, and product. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game at the time of wagering.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems. 10game does not influence, alter, or adjust game outcomes in any way. Historical game results and RTP (return to player) percentages are available from the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round in question will be deemed void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's balance. This policy applies to both slots and live casino products.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 10game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. 10game's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms — whatever the basis of that liability — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 10game makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any odds, results, or information displayed.

10game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
